skirt hike +

after half dome, we headed out of yosemite the back way and went to reno for my friend larry's wedding. half dome in the distance:
stopped for the best gas station lunch at the mobile in lee vining. woah nellie deli, if you're ever out that way, stop there! then past mono lake and the tufa towers
how most of the trip went (from my perch, awake, in the middle of the back seat):

the only picture i took at the wedding, because taking pictures of babies or weddings makes me uncomfortable. beautiful larry and beautiful ashley dancing their dance. the wedding was beautiful, they are absolutely darling, congratulations.
side note: the peppermill plays music under water in their pools.
