i'm tentatively reentering the world of real estate...
considering taking advantage of the market and moving to something a bit larger (read guest bedroom). i love my place, and i love my neighborhood, and of course i have limited funds, so it's only going to happen if i find something very special.
so far, i'm not seeing anything that's worth it.
