when you're on the low end of the minimum allowed weight for blood donation...maybe give your body two days after donating before attempting bikram. spent half of the standing exercises certain i was going to pass out, i almost walked out at least 15 times, but i'm glad i stuck it out and made it to the "real" yoga on the floor. the instructor said to do something nice for ourselves today. that sounds good. think i'll ride to sports basement and geek out on gear for my next backpacking trip.

p.s. daniel, i looked up a bikram studio near you....lori and i are down....hope your shorty shorts are ready!!

Bikram looks so simple on the chart. Add 108 degrees and you've got a completely different story!
